Reviews and Ratings
The stay had its ups and downs. The hotel had some wonderful aspects such as comfortable beds and excellent dining options, particularly at Baileys restaurant. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and other inconveniences like the staff asking guests to carry their own luggage detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a decent stay, though there are areas that could definitely be improved.
My stay at Governors Lodge had its ups and downs. The units are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home. However, the lack of proper kitchen facilities and the inadequate breakfast options were disappointing. I appreciated the comfortable beds and the new TV, but the service and dining left much to be desired. Overall, it's an average experience that could be improved.
Overall, I had a lovely stay at the resort. The individual cottages are nestled in a beautiful tropical garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, and I loved the variety offered at meals. However, the room I stayed in felt a bit dated and could use some updates. Still, I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my stay.
I had a fantastic stay surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The cabins were very comfy, and meals in the Boathouse were delicious and varied. The staff were polite and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, our room felt a bit dated and could use a renovation. Overall, great value for money with excellent dining experiences.
My stay at the Governor's Lodge was quite the mixed bag. The location is perfect for exploring the area and the ambiance is lovely with its tropical gardens. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues, and the service could really use a boost. While I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the breakfast options were also quite limited and not very appetizing at times.
